About Fines and Violations
It is the Board’s responsibility to enforce violations. This may be accomplished by adopting and imposing responsible fines.
- On December 14th 2024 the Board of Directors of the Ponderosa Valley Homeowners Association revised the violation/fine structure and process for assessing these fines as displayed below.
Rule Enforcement
Article III, Sections 3 and 4 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions clearly states the responsibility the Board has, to the community, in regard to rules and their enforcement.

The Annual Meeting is set for Sunday February 15th, 4:00pm at the Ponder ISD Bldg.
